Snow Emergencies Declared For Southeast Michigan

Snow emergencies have been declared for several metro Detroit neighborhoods due to the latest snow storm that sweep through southeast Michigan Monday night.
During a snow emergency, motorists are required to move cars from the road so that plows can get by. Violators run the risk of getting ticketed or towed.
