The Board of Directors of the Education Achievement Authority will hold a special
meeting at the following time, on the following date, and at the following location:

A proposed 2014-2015 Annual Budget shall be available for public inspection in the
office of the Education Achievement Authority of Michigan, located at 300 River Place,
Suite 3600, Detroit, Michigan 48207 on June 11, 2014.
In compliance with MCL §141.412: “The property tax millage rate proposed to be
levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.” The EAA
notes that no property tax millage is proposed to be levied to support the proposed
budget.
The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act,
1976 PA 267, MCL §§15.261-15.275.
