Information Technology Specialist (Help Desk)
Pay Grade: $21.1658 to $27.5482 (Hourly)
General Summary of Position:
Provide help desk and technical support for computer hardware and software applications for OCCMHA employees, departments and OCCMHA providers on joint projects.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Four- year degree in computer related field preferred.
Work Experience:
Experience in mentorship role training interns.
- Preferred Five years experience in the following:
- Minimum five years providing help desk and technical support for computer hardware and software applications.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
- Preferred to have one or more MCP Certifications preferably in Windows 7, Server Administration or Active Directory or MS Office Applications.
