Ronda L. Tate is a Senior Associate at Lewis & Munday P.C., a nationally-ranked law firm. She represents clients ranging from municipalities to Fortune 100 corporations. Her legal practice includes labor and employment law, commercial litigation, insurance defense and appellate matters.
During her career, Ronda has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to enriching the Detroit community through both work and service. She is Immediate Past President of the Wolverine Bar Association and a recent appointee to the State Bar of Michigan’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board. She also serves on the Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Labor and Employment Advisory Board.
Ronda is a recipient of the State Bar of Michigan Outstanding Young Lawyer Award and the University of Michigan Black Alumni Young Alumni Award. Among other honors, she has been named a “Rising Star” by Michigan Super Lawyers, an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by Michigan Lawyers Weekly, and she was selected for Who’s Who in Black Detroit 2013.
A proud alumna of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School, Ronda will wed her beloved, Kawon, next year.
