Kamilia Landrum is currently the Program & Member Services Coordinator for the Detroit Branch NAACP. She oversees programming for five of their strategic priorities while managing relationships with key partners. She is a member emeritus of the NAACP National Board of Directors, and in her local chapter she serves as Advisor to the Youth Council, Chair of the Young Adult Committee, and Advisor to the Michigan State Conference Youth & College Division. Ms. Landrum graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University and is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Administration at Wayne State University.
She is a current member of the Detroit Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., and the Health Alliance Plan Community Advisory Council. She is the proud and only daughter of Apostle Dr. Thomas I. Butler and Pastor Kim Butler. She guides her life by the scripture, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jer. 29:11.
