Amin Irving

Mr. Irving is the Co-Founder of Ginosko Development Company. He is responsible for the overall performance and operation of all divisions of the GDC family of companies. Mr. Irving oversees the selection of various projects, municipality processing, and debt and equity financing.
At 37 years old, Mr. Irving currently owns and controls many apartment complexes in the Midwest. This year alone, he has financing commitments to purchase over $40 Million worth of residential real estate. His previous experience includes Investment Banking in Manhattan where he effectively and efficiently operated $450 million in developmental projects.
Amin graduated from the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor majoring in Finance and Real Estate. He was the recipient of the University of Michigan Achievement Award. Amin is married and the proud father of two kids with one on the way.
