Danarius M. Hemphill, M.A., Ed.S, is the founder of Individuals Making Progressive Achievements and Continuous Transformation (I.M.P.A.C.T) Leadership Academy, a non-profit mentoring program. He believes that, “it is imperative that individuals have the ability to be willing to go the distance despite their limitations, obstacles, opposition and restrictions, with the understanding that “greatness always starts with an individual, and the individual is YOU.”
Danarius is committed to making a serious, long-term investment in our next generation of progressive leaders – now! He is a speaker, activist, and an agent of change, who truly understands the importance of leaving a positive impact and legacy for the future generation of progressive leaders in the Metropolitan Detroit area and abroad.
Danarius is currently employed by the US Army, as the Executive Project Officer to the Chief Counsel. He assists in providing legal services and advice for Command Headquarters and Arsenals, Depots and Field Activities.
Danarius is completing the Ed.D program at Central Michigan University. His study focus is educating, mentoring and empowering young people.
