M-10 (John C. Lodge Freeway) construction begins in Wayne County with crews closing two northbound lanes between I-75 and I-94. This $2.46 million investment includes 2.2 miles of pavement restoration and gutter repairs and is expected to be complete in October.
The majority of this work is expected to be on the weekends, when traffic volumes are lighter, and will include closing the entire freeway on certain weekends. Any full closures will be announced through the @MDOT_MetroDet Twitter page and weekend construction announcements well in advance. For additional information visit michigan.gov/drive.
