
On Monday, the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission recommended he be removed from the bench and be suspended for six years if he wins re-election in 2014. McCree is accused of having an affair with a woman whose case he was overseeing.
The Supreme Court’s decision is expected in a month or two.
