Hip Hop artist Jeezy made a surprise visit at Franklin Wright Settlement’s Youthville location in Detroit on Tuesday, Nov. 1. Sharing his humble beginnings and his rise to stardom with an exuberant crowd of youth between the ages of 8 and 18 years of age he encouraged the youth to rely on their inner strength to overcome any situation that they may encounter. Jeezy was presented with the Spirit of Detroit award by Councilwoman at-large Janeé Ayers Jeezy a Def Jam Recording artist was also in Detroit to promote his TD3 album.
