On Wednesday, January 15, U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) Kathleen Sebelius will join Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan at the Northwest Activities Center to highlight the Mayor’s leadership in efforts to enroll Detroiters in affordable health coverage and discuss Michigan’s latest enrollment report.
Mayor Duggan and Secretary Sebelius will discuss the valuable participation of stakeholders in the Detroit area in educating people about and enrolling them in affordable coverage on the Health Insurance Marketplace ahead of a visit to hear from and thank key community leaders who will be participating in an outreach planning session organized by Mayor Duggan.
