Have Fans Embraced Joe Morton on ‘Scandal’?

Joe Morton, who plays Olivia Pope’s father on the ABC hit show “Scandal^[1],” spoke with Roland Martin^[2] on NewsOne Now on the reception he has gotten from the show’s fans. Considering his character’s villainous ways, it’s no wonder he might have been a little worried.

“The responses I’ve been getting on Twitter have been just wonderful,” Morton shared. “At first I was kind of trepidatious about using Twitter. I wasn’t sure, one, that I would be able to do it, and, two, I wasn’t sure what the response was going to be to the character and to me.”
