1. To engage community based activist, domestic violence survivors and service providers, non-traditional providers of services to victims of DV as well as community stakeholders and shareholders in supporting and implementing economic empowerment and financial literacy efforts specifically for African-American victims of DV
2. Provide methods for increasing awareness with culturally/linguistically specific approaches to engage African American survivors
