REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Heat Tape Audit and Repair
Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC), owner and operator of the Detroit People Mover (DPM), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct an audit of the heat tape on our guideway and effect repairs.

A pre-proposal conference will be held 30 September 2010 at 10:00 am. Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 am local time on 14 October 2010.
To be successful, proposers must comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. This includes but it not limited to, all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws. DTC reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, on such basis as it deems necessary and ion its best interests to do so.
