Today the Detroit City Council confirms the appointment of Melvin Butch Hollowell, P.C. as corporate counsel and Jonathan Jackson as interim fire commissioner.
In December Mayor-elect Mike Duggan announced the appointment of three top officials to the Fire Department and three top officials in key legal positions for the administration taking office January 1st.
