- 1.In the Author’s Alias text box, type the author’s name or leave the box blank if you’re entering your own article.
- 2.In the Status drop down box, select the publication option: published, unpublished, archived, or trashed.
- 3.In the Featured drop down box, leave the option set to No.
- 4.In the Start Publishing date selector box, leave the option blank (this will default to immediate) or select a future date the article should automatically publish.
- 5.In the Finish Publishing date selector box, leave the option blank (this will default to never) or select a future date the article should automatically archive.
- 6.In the Language drop down box, leave the option set to All.
- 7.In the Meta description input box, leave this field blank or enter a short description (max 30 words) of the article that will appear in major search engines such as Google & Yahoo.
- 8.In the Keywords input box, leave this field blank or enter keywords separated by a comma (max 7 words) that are relevant to your article that can be found in major search engines such as Google & Yahoo.
- 9.Scroll up to the Editor section and click Save to submit the new article.
- 10.Once your article is published navigate to the article by selecting the article category from the menu bar.
