As a result of the winter storm, the City of Detroit Parks and Recreation Department will delay the opening of several recreation centers to noon on Monday, Dec. 12.
They include:
- Adams Butzel Family Center, 10500 Lyndon
- Coleman Young Recreation Center, 2751 Robert Bradby Drive
- Heilmann Recreation Center, 19601 Crusade
- Patton Recreation Center, 2301 Woodmere
- Williams Community Center, 8431 Rosa Parks Blvd.
All other recreation centers – Butzel Family Center, Clemente, Crowell, Farwell and Lasky – will open at their regular, scheduled time.
