The new role will include leading Assembly’s Professional Services, Customer Support and Customer Success teams. The customer experience sector holds a career journey for Fabbi. Most recently, the new CCO led the customer onboarding organization at Mitel, where he was also Vice President of Global Cloud Activation Services. Before then, Fabbi, like Cirigliano, held executive-level positions with Oracle.
