50 Cent comes for ‘Empire’ Again: It’s ‘s**t you should get for free’

*Not too long after cable channel Starz announced it had ordered a third season of “Power,” its executive producer and star 50 Cent took to Instagram on Wednesday to remind folks of his belief that it is better than its similarly-themed network rival, “Empire.”

“EMPIRE is some s**t you should get for free. Now that ‘Power’ is worth paying for,” the post reads. The caption is accompanied by an image of the rapper in a suit and tie.

The rap mogul has previously compared “Empire” to “Glee” and has accused the Fox series of copying its promotional art.

 

As previously reported, the first episode of “Power” Season 2 set a Starz record for most-watched premiere in network’s history.
